Where to manage

Open Dilly -> Settings -> Plan -> Manage subscription. That opens your Stripe customer portal, where you can change card, switch tiers, or cancel. Subscriptions will not appear in iOS Settings, Subscriptions, because Apple does not bill them.

Switch plans

Choose a new tier in the manage screen. Stripe prorates immediately and bills the new tier on the next renewal.

Cancel

Cancellation stops auto-renewal. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancel from Settings -> Plan -> Manage subscription, or from the Stripe email receipt.

Restore on a new device

Sign in to Dilly on the new device with the same account email. Your Stripe subscription is tied to the account, not the device, so paid features unlock automatically.

Refunds

We issue refunds directly through Stripe. Email support@hellodilly.com with your account email and we will refund to the original card. Apple is not involved in our subscription billing.
