Most common billing issue Subscription not showing but payment is processing Your card was charged but the app still says Starter. Almost always: your checkout email does not match your Dilly account email. Email support to link them once and the plan turns on. If the issue continues, support needs the device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
