Subscription not showing but payment is processing
Your card was charged but the app still says Starter. Almost always: your checkout email does not match your Dilly account email. Email support to link them once and the plan turns on.

iOS Calendar sync is not working
If you tapped Don't Allow on the calendar permission prompt, iOS does not ask again. You have to enable it manually in iOS Settings.

This is not an error. Daily chat usage is bounded by plan. The upgrade screen explains the limit and offers to switch plans.

Offline banner and what works without internet
When connectivity drops, Dilly shows an offline banner. Local-first operations continue. Anything that requires the server queues until reconnect.

Dilly never charges directly. Apple handles the subscription. Card declines, expired cards, and country mismatches all show up as Apple errors first.
