1. Check spam and Promotions
Codes from Dilly come from noreply@hellodilly.com. Some inbox rules quarantine these by default.
2. Confirm the address
One typo in the email field sends the code into the void. Tap back, retype, and try again.
3. Wait the cooldown
If you tapped resend several times, you may be in a 60-second cooldown. The screen will say so.
4. Try a different email
If your school filters aggressively, try a personal address. You can switch back later.
